{ Stop The Noice }

We can only see the world through the window of our mind. If your mind is noisy, the world will seem noisy. If our mind is peaceful, the world will seem peaceful.

So the first thing we must do is not to change the world, but to understand our mind.

If you wish to clear away the clouds of your thoughts, simply keep your mind in the present.

The clouds of thought linger on in the past or the future. Bring your mind to the present, and your thoughts will rest.

{ Maybe In Another Lifetime }

Just fight for the things that crack light into your life. Fight for the things that soften you. Protect the people you love, leave them better than you found them. Defend your heart, do whatever it takes to keep it open despite what it has been through. Forgive, not just others, but yourself, as well. Slow down - taste, and touch, and feel and care. Create the things you want to see in the world, stay as curious as possible. honor your joy, do not shy away from the good that is trying to reach you - do not convince yourself that you are unworthy of it. Be strong enough to be gentle. Be brave enough to break. Be all that you are.

And when your time does come, when the stars take back what they lent to you, when this dance ends - I hope you leave this world with a heart that is worn out and tender all over, with a heart that is worn out and tender all over, with a heart that aches for loving, and feeling, and caring in the best way possible. I hope you leave this world knowing that you poured ope into everything you did, that you crashed your soul into each day. I hope you leave this world knowing, from the deepest part of who you are, that you connected - that you tried for something while you were here.

{ Always Be Kind }

People may forget what you say and people may forget what you do. But no one will ever forget how you made them feel.

Build people up, never tear others down. Help anyone in need. If you don't have something good to say to someone or about someone, don't say it.

Treat everyone with courtesy and kindness. Leaving everyone you meet better than you found them, and let them feeling better than when they first met you.

{ Take It Easy }

Begin, even if you have no idea if it will work. Just trust yourself. Create the kind of self you will be happy to live with all your life.
Own your specialisms, celebrate your virtues, appreciate your goodness. Salute all you've gone through as well as the brilliant blessings that your future has in store for you.

{ Put Yourself First }

Love yourself enough to set boundaries. Your time and energy are precious. You get to choose how you use it. You teach people how to treat you by deciding what you will and won't accept.

{ To A New Day }

Here's to another day of letting go where we need to let go and welcoming change where we need to welcome change. Knowing through it all, we are wrapped in endless, boundless grace.

{ Just Hold On }

 It's because of the tough and tumultuous times we all endure that we are actually able to fully experience the pleasures of the good times, when they show up. And they always will, even when it seems that they won't.

Where a woman becomes her own best friend....Life is easier. How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you to.

{ Maak tyd vir jouself }

{ You Are ....}

                   YOU ARE ... Important, worthy, enough, capable, braver then you think and beautiful

Great things are done by a series of small things brought together

{ Be Thankful }

Be thankful for what you have. You'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never...ever have enough.

As you start to walk on the way, the way appears

{ Soft Mornings }

It's the small habits. How you spend your mornings, how you talk to yourself, what you read, what you watch, who you share your energy with, who has access to you. That will change your life.

{ New Beginnings }

I'm on the unpaved road with no clue where it leads, but that's okay. I honestly value who I'm becoming over where I end up. And for the first time in years, I'm smiling at the horizon.

The purpose of our lives is to be happy

I am going to keep my thinking and my attitude calm and cheerful.

 Some people look for a beautiful place. Others make a place beautiful

{ Be Gentle }

Most of the time, when we humans sit together and chit chat, we tend to find it very easy to complain or criticize. It's very rare that we sit there praising others, especially those we don't like. I think our ego takes up so much of the conversation that we forget to be daringly different, daringly positive, daringly kind and daringly understanding.

It is easy to complain because it makes our ego so happy, especially if we can bring others in on the act. We feed our ego to feel good, but then we don't feel very good at all once the moment passes.

A hero is someone who is daring to live a happy life and who conquers their ego and controls those jealous, insecure or proud emotions that make us do or say things that hurt others. So always check yourself and try, daringly, to stop. It takes a lot of courage to admit we are wrong and that we need to change and improve. It;s okay to make mistakes, but it takes courage to learn from them, to wish to be a better person. With a willingness to improve, you will be walking your path, little by little.

One day, without even noticing, you will become a great and kind person.

{ The Art Of Letting Go }

In the end these things matter most:

How well did you love?

How fully did you live?

How deeply did you let go?

{ Self-Reflection }

To help reflect on our own selves, it is helpful to think of people in our lives, and to look beyond any labels like 'mother', 'husband' or 'boss'. Allow yourself to see them simply as human beings who also want happiness and don't want any suffering in their lives.

Then reflect on how you would like to be treated by others, and how do you treat the people in your life. Think about love, appreciation, respect, forgiveness, understanding, kindness and compassion. Just like the saying, "It takes two hands to clap", we understand that people tend to treat us with love, kindness, understanding, tolerance and acceptance, if we have given them the same things.

{ Charles Darwin }

 It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.

{ Gratitude }

Gratitude is extremely health-giving. It alleviates depression, makes us happier, improves the quality of our relationships, is a good treatment for insomnia and can help us live longer. These are just some of the conclusions of a growing body of research.

{ Tibetan Proverb }

Whatever joy you seek, it can be achieved by yourself;

{ Respect Yourself And others }

It is only by checking in on ourselves that we begin to truly appreciate and respect others. It is by opening up that we can see what we need to repair and restore, face our arrogance and change the frequency of our mind.

If we give ourselves just a little time, even a few minutes daily, for quiet and contemplation, then we soon become more observant throughout our day, more appreciative of the moment and more focused on the task at hand, rather than worrying about the next one.

Happiness is always around the next corner, even when we find it, sometimes we have forgotten what we were looking for in the first place.

It is with our minds that we create our world and our place within it. All the experiences that we go through - of happiness, sadness, suffering, beauty, anything - are given meaning and come to life in our minds.

What we so often end up dwelling on in our minds are the things we can't change, like time passing, rather than those we can, like how we live our lives.

{ Acceptance }

 Acceptance is a key part of the restful mind. Acceptance is a great strength. When we are able to accept the things that we can't change, we no longer waste mental energy and instead focus on the things we do have some control over.

{ Rumi Quote }

 Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard
Do not let pain make you hate.
Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness.
Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree,
you still believe it to be a beautiful place.

Even though a situation is not ideal in this moment, it's okay and I'm okay

{ The Secret Of Silence }

 Even when you feel happy and your day is going well, the shadow of bad things to come cannot be denied.  No one can control painful thoughts, but there is another level of the mind, where silence dominates.

If you can experience this silence, your mind begins to shift instead of being dominated by fear or guilt.

If you remain on the path and keep experiencing inner silence and peace, you will find joy and bliss.

A person only learns to find happiness without needing nice things to happen on the outside. You find happiness by being who you really are.

{ Positive Thinking }

Positive thinking is very good, even necessary, in order to have a hopeful vision of life.

Your vision is of enlightenment, and nothing could be more positive. Having found your vision, however, you don't have to force yourself to think positively all the time. That is an artificial way to approach the mind.

I find that if you don't force your mind, it works more naturally and with less stress.

Human nature is divided; it contains both darkness and light. You can choose to accept the darkness and wail on it, or you can choose to expand the light until the darkness no longer dominates by choosing positive thinking.

{ Child Of The Universe }

Take this as your first principal that you are a child of the universe. Dwell on those moments when you feel free, exhilarated or unbounded. Tell yourself that you have touched what is truly real.

Seek love as your birthright along with bliss and creativity. Dedicate yourself to explore the unknown because your true self is the real you, and happiness is built up by making your days happy.

{ Less is More }

 The one thing we need more of in life is less and there is also no joy in possessions without sharing them - Greg Mckeown

{ Simplicity }

The opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the sunrise is the best gift we can receive. There is always a simplicity about the present moment.

{ Her Inner Glow Up Era }

 She's cleaning up her whole life. Her habits, beliefs, space and circle.
She's taking a moment to appreciate how far she's already come.
She's showing up as the woman she wants to be until she becomes her.
She's prioritizing things that make her feel good and give her energy.
She's stepping out of her comport zone and taking action towards her goals everyday.
