{ Rumi Quote }

 Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard
Do not let pain make you hate.
Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness.
Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree,
you still believe it to be a beautiful place.

Even though a situation is not ideal in this moment, it's okay and I'm okay

{ The Secret Of Silence }

 Even when you feel happy and your day is going well, the shadow of bad things to come cannot be denied.  No one can control painful thoughts, but there is another level of the mind, where silence dominates.

If you can experience this silence, your mind begins to shift instead of being dominated by fear or guilt.

If you remain on the path and keep experiencing inner silence and peace, you will find joy and bliss.

A person only learns to find happiness without needing nice things to happen on the outside. You find happiness by being who you really are.

{ Positive Thinking }

Positive thinking is very good, even necessary, in order to have a hopeful vision of life.

Your vision is of enlightenment, and nothing could be more positive. Having found your vision, however, you don't have to force yourself to think positively all the time. That is an artificial way to approach the mind.

I find that if you don't force your mind, it works more naturally and with less stress.

Human nature is divided; it contains both darkness and light. You can choose to accept the darkness and wail on it, or you can choose to expand the light until the darkness no longer dominates by choosing positive thinking.

{ Child Of The Universe }

Take this as your first principal that you are a child of the universe. Dwell on those moments when you feel free, exhilarated or unbounded. Tell yourself that you have touched what is truly real.

Seek love as your birthright along with bliss and creativity. Dedicate yourself to explore the unknown because your true self is the real you, and happiness is built up by making your days happy.

{ Less is More }

 The one thing we need more of in life is less and there is also no joy in possessions without sharing them - Greg Mckeown

{ Simplicity }

The opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the sunrise is the best gift we can receive. There is always a simplicity about the present moment.

{ Her Inner Glow Up Era }

 She's cleaning up her whole life. Her habits, beliefs, space and circle.
She's taking a moment to appreciate how far she's already come.
She's showing up as the woman she wants to be until she becomes her.
She's prioritizing things that make her feel good and give her energy.
She's stepping out of her comport zone and taking action towards her goals everyday.

The only journey is the one within...so be fearless; know that all will be provided at the right time.

{ Slowing Down }

Slow living is a way of life that teaches us to live in the moment. For so many years I remember rushing through life, without realizing all the little things I was missing along the way. Even though I was busy and productive, I often felt a disconnect between the things I was spending time on and the things that matters to me.

Slowing down has taught me to notice the simple joys. All I had to do was just pause and simply be.

{ Calm }

Finding calm in chaos has always been important, even more so now than ever. A sense of calm helps me heal and work through life's many challenges.

{ Pain }

The truth is that sometimes the pain will always be there.
And eventually you'll just learn how to live with holes in your heart.

{ Thought Of The Day }

Just don't give up trying to do what you really want to do.
Where there is love and inspiration, I don't think you can go wrong.

{ The Future }

 I've been thinking a lot lately about the future. Where do I want to be in 5 years from now? Whats my next step? How do I get there?

I'm beginning to realize that it's okay not to have all the answers. I'll get to where I'm supposed to be eventually. I'll get to where I'm supposed to be eventually.

For now..... I just want to take it one day at a time and be faithful in the small things.
