We often feel that life should tie itself up eventually. Broken relationships should be repaired, old wounds healed, and regrets turned into lessons that we understand. But some things just don’t resolve. Some relationships stay broken. Some questions never get answered. And carrying that can feel very heavy.
Maybe peace isn’t about fixing what is unfinished. Maybe it starts when we stop expecting everything to be tidied up with a bow. Some things will stay messy. And that’s not a failure, it’s simply part of being human. What we can do is hold those things more gently, and be a little kinder to ourselves about what we can't fix. Through it all, there is still love to give and life to live. We may not be able to mend everything from the past, but we can choose how we show up today. And it’s OK if some parts of our lives remain messy. A meaningful life can still grow around them.{ Respect }
Treat everyone who crosses your path with decency, respect and clear honesty. It's not only the right thing to do, it's the wisest thing to do. Because you never know who is standing in front of you.
{ Spiritual Lessons }
- To let go
- To detach from negativity
- To welcome whatever comes your way
- To accept all experiences as blessings
Fighting change is not good. Resisting your new normal is a recipe for misery.
{ Connect }
Training yourself to listen from a place of deep interest, matched with a blazing wish to understand the talker, is a powerful means to make anyone fall in love with your mission, your movement and you as person.
Being flawlessly present and genuinely engaged (instead of checking your phone) makes the other person feel important, connected and safe with you. To have this power is very rare in society.
{ Just Do Good }
Remember that someone else's lack of appreciation or good manners or grace or compassion or sense of fairness really has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. People treat other people the way they treat themselves. So why make it about you?
Just stay true to your own moral instincts. Display the virtues of being positive, honest, goodwill, excellence, humility, forgiveness and respect to all, with a clear understanding that very few will ever acknowledge your integrity and stainless character. Do good anyhow.
