Are you feeling at some moments normal and cheerful and ready to be productive and other times, it's a struggle just to get out of bed or feel down and completely unmotivated? However how you feel right now, that's okay. You don't need to feel 100% productive and it's okay to slow down. If you feel ready to be productive, be productive. If you need to slow down, do that. Listen to you body and, to the extent you can adjust accordingly.
