Gratitude is such a BIG word for me. It’s profound power to uplift and motivate you cannot be over stated.
Having the awareness of the many blessings that surround you each and every day, will reduce your stress, positively impact your health and add some joy to your life.

2. A safe and warm home
3. Many supportive and loving relationships
4. My comfortable bed
5. Excellent health
6. My husband and children
7. My toothbrush
8. Apples,bananas,oranges (especially in the Winter)
9. My work as mother and wife
