So the first thing we must do is not to change the world, but to understand our mind.





If you wish to clear away the clouds of your thoughts, simply keep your mind in the present.

The clouds of thought linger on in the past or the future. Bring your mind to the present, and your thoughts will rest.

Create the things you want to see in the world, stay as curious as possible. honor your joy, do not shy away from the good that is trying to reach you - do not convince yourself that you are unworthy of it. Be strong enough to be gentle. Be brave enough to break. Be all that you are. 

And when your time does come, when the stars take back what they lent to you, when this dance ends - I hope you leave this world with a heart that is worn out and tender all over, with a heart that is worn out and tender all over, with a heart that aches for loving, and feeling, and caring in the best way possible.
